St. Michael School REGISTRATION DATES PreSchool ~ 3 & 4 year olds PreK-5-Day thru Grade 8 Registering Students for 2010-2011 School Year    NEW REGISTRATION  The following documentation is needed:  Birth Certificate, immunization records, Baptismal certificate (if not baptized at St. Michael Church), Social Security Number, $150.00 non-refundable registration fee & a $15.00 H.S.A. membership fee.  Please call the school office for an appointment.    PreK 5-Day program through Grade 8
